1UP Floors was called to help Horizon Realty Advisors turn 78 units, 240 beds, in their apartment community located in Tacoma. Previously, they were bid a high price but were frustrated with having to continually change out carpet. After reaching out to us for a second opinion, 1UP Floors found that the carpet and padding was not the best option in the industry and for approximately the same cost Horizon Realty Advisors could purchase higher quality carpet and be able to reduce the amount of units that needed carpet to be replaced.
