I have worked with 1UP for over 2 years. I first met Kenneth at my Tumwater property. His level of expertise about “all things carpet” was truly appreciated. Being in the apartment business and replacing carpet often, it was nice to have someone show the differences between the carpet I was using and how the 1UP carpet was superior. Even better, was that after Kenneth measured and got bids, he came in less expensive AND with a superior product and pad.

Needless to say, when I changed companies I took 1UP with me. The office and sales staff is quick to respond and (to my relief) were able to work in an “emergency” situation with little notice!
